FAQs

What is a pod?
Pods are where meetings happen. They're productive places for client relationships. A pod is a single safe space that can be returned to time and again. Access records of past meetings, conduct video calls and set meeting actions.
How many pods do I need per client?
One pod per client is the usual way of working. For very large clients with multiple workstreams it can sometimes be beneficial to split into two or more pods but this is generally not advised.
Do all meeting attendees need paid accounts?
No! Attending a meeting will always be free. Meeting attendees just need to register with Connect4. Free users cannot create their own pods, only attend ones that they’re already invited into.
Can I try Connect4 for free?
Of course! In addition to free attendee accounts (see above), we offer a 14-day trial for new organisations. During this time you will be able to create new pods — just as you would with a paid account. Get started by requesting a demo or sign-up and start an organisation.
Can I cancel at any time?
You can choose to pay for Connect4 either monthly or annually and if you decide to cancel, your subscription will expire at the end of that period and you won’t be charged again. You will, however, lose access to any pods that you have made.
What happens to my pods if I downgrade, or my plan expires?
If you downgrade to a tier that allows for fewer pods than you currently have, you will lose your most recently created pods to bring them in-line with your subscription.
Are my payment details secure?
We manage our payments directly with Stripe. Stripe’s payment technology is certified to PCI Service Level 1.
