Karbon integration
It’s a big one. We’ve been working with the team over at Karbon for a few months now to bring the two platforms even closer. Connect4 already works fantastically alongside many practice management systems but our new integration makes working with clients via Karbon and Connect4 even more seamless.
For Connect4 subscribers based in the UK who have an active Karbon subscription, head over to ‘My integrations’ in the Connect4 app to get started right away. We’ve written a guide to help you get set up, or feel free to contact us at [email protected] and we’ll happily walk you through.
a) Automatically assign actions to ‘to-dos’ in Karbon
Once you’ve linked your Karbon account to Connect4, any actions that you assign to your teammates (who are also in Karbon) will automatically be added as to-dos in Karbon.
b) Invite Karbon team members into Connect4
The new integration also makes it even easier to get your Karbon teammates set up on Connect4. Simply import them from your organisation settings area.
c) Easily add Karbon contacts to pods
In addition to importing your Karbon teammates, the integration also allows you to quickly add any Karbon contact to a pod. To see this in action, just start typing an email address into the email box. You’ll see a list of any matching Karbon contacts appear. No more digging around for client email addresses!
